I just watched Strikeforce Miami (held on January 30, 2010) and I’m starting to think that something is not right there.

Let’s start with Bobby Lashley vs Wes Sims fight.

Who is Bobby Lashley? He looks like bodybuilder and worked as a fake wrestler for the last five years. May be Strikeforce wants to have someone like Brock Lesnar. He has 5 wins 4 of which ends in the first round. His opponents are unknown to the world except Bob Sapp, who I think is not looking for a win anymore. So to this superstar Strikeforce decide to give him, Shane Del Rosario, however the fight was scrapped from the card. Bobby Lashley was then expected to fight Yohan Banks, the bout needed commission approval, which was denied. Jimmy Ambriz was then targeted by the promotion as late replacement for Banks. Strikeforce decided not to go with Ambriz, despite being cleared by the Florida State Boxing Commission. And finally they choose Wes Sims to fight Lashley.

Who is Wes Sims? He was on the last Ultimate Fighter season and he proved that he has big mouth and little fighting skills.

The fight: Lashley punishes Wes for 2 minutes and referee stops the fight. Of course Wes is protesting.

If Lashley ever get real opponent he will die in the first round.

Next fight is Melvin Manhoef vs Robbie Lawler.

This was real fight. Very interesting. Melvin Manhoef hits Robbie Lawler strike after strike, kick after kick for 3 and a half minutes. Completely destroying the lead leg of Robbie, who can hardly walk after that. Then just 1 punch from Lawler and Melvin is KO. Robbie did only 7 strikes for the fight 3 of them landed.

This is the newest ring girl in the UFC. Her name is Chandella Powell  "Della".

Her hometown is Sapulpa.

She is 5' 4" (163 cm) and 105 lbs. (48 kg.).

She likes Jazz dance and tennis and want to be Financial consultant (really?!).

She works as a Server at Playboy Club.

So she is playboy girl and now UFC Ring Girl. But some critics say that her mouth is too big and she looks like a horse. And Dana White will shoot her if she breaks her leg. But that's just rumors and we can not trust them.

But probably there is piece of truth in all that critics. She is little below what we expected from the next UFC Girl. Well may be she has hidden skills - something with financial consulting may be. May be the world economic crisis is hitting even the strong UFC and they had to take the cheapest girl available.

But lets not talk anymore and just look at her pictures and decide for yourself.

And finally here comes the ultimate ring girl Rachelle Leah. She is still the number one ring girl of the octagon although she is no longer working as ring girl. She is born in August 20, 1984 in San Carlos, California.

Rachelle Leah began modeling professionally at age 18. She was studying to become a paramedic before that. She started out modeling for Ford Motor Company and made appearances on shows such as The View, Carson Daly, and the Nick And Jessica Variety Show. By the age of 19, her photo was seen on a boxing website by the UFC, and she was hired as an Octagon Girl.

Rachelle's appearance and accompanying photos caught the attention of the staff at Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and she was soon brought in for a face-to-face meeting. "I went in for an interview and have been with UFC ever since".

Rachelle's first big UFC event was UFC 48: Payback in 2004. It's a night she'll never forget. "It was really cool," she says, "It was a much larger audience than I'd ever had as a ring-card girl, so I certainly enjoyed it. I had a wonderful time."

Leah has appeared on and hosted numerous TV shows such as Spike's Sexiest NYC Bartenders, Spike TV's Women of Action, Casino Cinema, Inside the UFC, and The Ultimate Fighter.

Leah has also been featured inside and on the covers of many magazines, some of which include Maxim, Men's Fitness, 944, Playboy, Steppin' Out, Muscle & Fitness, AXL, Vegas Magazine, and Stuff.

Leah is no longer working as an Octagon Girl. She currently hosts UFC All Access on Spike TV, which airs a week before a UFC pay-per-view event. But I am not sure if UFC All Access is doing any new series now.

Good news from Lesnar camp.

He had his surgery and now is feeling good as you can see on this video.

Brock Lesnar is recovering and will expect to know if he needs another surgical operation soon.

If it is not needed, he can attempt to make a near summer return in UFC in 2010.

His wight is being maintained as he cannot naturally maintain a weight of under 265 lbs. (120 kg.).

His body is just not fit for it.

Weight loss is not an issue.

His body is still able to maintain his weight of 275 pounds (125 kg.) at this time.

He will return to his natural 300 pounds (136 kg.) very easily and very quickly once training training resumes and he is able to go by his previous diet.

It is still unconfirmed, but we have information that the new UFC Ring Girl Natasha Wicks and Logan Stanton will no longer work for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The reason for this is still unclear.

Natasha was the newest add-on to the Ring Girl Army.

So there must be something interesting that leads to this decision.

As for Logan may be she was looking too much like Arianny, so they don't need two chicks that look the same.

And at the moment the only one that is 100% sure that will be on the next UFC 108 Rashad Evans vs Thiago Silva is Arianny Celeste.

But with every bad news must come and good one.

Soon we must see who is going to take her spot in the ring.

But after sending in her pictures and resume to the UFC and getting called back the same week to begin work at UFC 78 in November, Edith got a crash course in life in the Octagon.

“It’s a lot different,” she said of her first UFC event. “The UFC is a lot bigger - it’s international, it’s on TV, and that’s a great thing, but I was a little nervous.”

But by the time the first bout was over, the butterflies were gone and Edith was welcomed into the organization by a packed house of appreciative fans. Now the pride of Montreal is looking forward to a bright future watching her favorite sport from the best seat in the house.

And the next UFC Ring Girl is Logan Stanton.
