Here is a no gi head and arm clock choke by World Masters BJJ Champion and 2008 Pan Am No Gi Adult Champion Ken Primola.
Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Ken Primola has been grappling for over 20 years. Ken started wrestling at 12 years of age and ended up earning a Division I varsity letter in college. After college Ken began his study of Gracie jiu Jitsu, earning his Blue belt from Rorion Gracie's hands in 2000. Thereafter Ken travelled to Los Angeles to train with Rickson Gracie, Ken did get to train with Rickson briefly but Rickson shortly left to Brazil during that time period. Ken then travelled south and trained with Rodrigo Medieros of BJJ Revolution in San Diego for over two years. Upon moving to Philadelphia Ken earned his purple through black belt from Legendary Relson Gracie Black Belts Phil Migliarese aka The Jiu Jitsu Matrix and Ricardo Migliarese.

From training for the Olympics in freestyle wrestling to becoming a mixed martial artist in the UFC, Josh Koscheck has had a decorated career. He trains out of Fresno, CA, with Team AKA (American Kickboxing Academy), Javier Mendez, and “Crazy” Bob Cook, and is managed by DeWayne Zinkin. Born in Houston on June 19, 1979, Swick loved martial arts movies as a child and was taking Tae Kwon Do when he was only eight years old. By 18, Swick (who had progressed to kickboxing, Thai boxing, and mixed martial arts) was involved in amateur fights, and a year later, he made his pro debut with a submission win over Victor Bell.
