Previously announced match-ups of John Howard vs. Dennis Hallman and Kenny Florian vs. Clay Guida were moved to The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights Finale and UFC 107 respectively.

MMAWeekly.com had reported that Tom Lawlor would fight on the card but he has been moved to UFC Fight Night 20.

Tito Ortiz was originally scheduled to fight Mark Coleman. However, on October 5, 2009, Ortiz reported that the fight was now off, and it later became known that Coleman was suffering from a knee injury. UFC confirmed that Forrest Griffin would step in to face Ortiz.

Jon Fitch was originally set to fight Ricardo Almeida but Almeida was forced off the card with a knee injury. Fitch was announced to fight Thiago Alves at UFC 107, but Alves was forced to pull out due to an injury during training. Fitch is still on the UFC 107 card and will now be fighting Mike Pierce.

UFC Hall of Famer Randy "The Natural" Couture returns to the light heavyweight division for the first time in over three years, and he hopes to begin his quest for an unprecedented sixth world title with a victory over dynamic striker Brandon "The Truth" Vera in the main event of UFC 105.

In the co-feature, British superstar Michael "The Count" Bisping is back home and looking for a knockout in front of his hometown fans when he squares off against fellow middleweight contender Denis Kang.

DREAM.11: Feather Weight Grand Prix 2009 Final Round is an upcoming mixed martial arts event promoted by Fighting and Entertainment Group's mixed martial arts promotion DREAM to be held in October 6, 2009. DREAM's featherweight division has a 63 kilograms (139 lb) weight limit.

DREAM.11 will host the culmination of the Feather Weight Grand Prix, with both the Semi-Finals and Finals taking place in the same night. It will also host the Semi-Finals of the Super Hulk Grand Prix 2009. Additionally, there is a championship bout scheduled: Joachim Hansen will defend the Dream Lightweight Championship against WAMMA Lightweight Champion Shinya Aoki.

It is very possible that Vitor (The Phenom) Belfort will fight Anderson (The Spider) Silva on 2nd of January 2010 on UFC 108 for his title at Middleweight Division - over 170 lbs. to 185 lbs. Belfort has very quick hands and recently destroyed Rich Franklin at UFC 103, who was the other chalenger for the title. But as we all know Silva is probably the best pound for pound figher with 25 wins and only 4 losses. It must be very interesting fight and if I have to bet some money I will go with Silva.
