Kickboxing 3 x per week 5 minute rounds 1,5 hrs each 4,5 hrs total time
Jiu-Jitsu 3 x per week 1,5 hrs each 4,5 hrs total time
Part 1:
Boxing Training Mitt Work 2 x per week 1,5 hrs each 8 x 3 minute rounds Sparring 1 x per week 10 x 5 minute
Wrestling Training 2 x per week 4 hrs total time 2 hrs each
Nutrition Not strictly regulated, but no fast food.
